Law360 (June 23, 2021, 6:26 PM EDT) -- The U.S. government is expanding its review for the proposed rerouting of the Enbridge Line 5 pipeline to include a formal environmental impact statement, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers announced Wednesday.
