Bryan Cave Partner Picked For Key BIS Position

Law360, New York (December 21, 2009, 3:28 PM EST) -- Bryan Cave LLP partner Kevin Wolf has been nominated to serve as the Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Export Administration at the U.S. Department of Commerce, where he will oversee controls on the export of dual-use items.

The nomination was one of three President Barack Obama announced Thursday.
