Ex-Execs Seek Win In Pharma Inventory Co. Trade Secret Row

By Ainsley Bandrowski (July 19, 2021, 6:23 PM EDT) -- Two high-ranked former employees at a pharmacy inventory company asked a Georgia federal judge Friday to toss a poaching suit against them, arguing that depositions and reports have confirmed they didn't misuse company information or violate their employment agreements.

Former operations director for Capital Inventory Inc. Christopher E. Green and former operations vice president Ryan E. Williams told the court in a motion for summary judgment that the client lists and price information they were accused of stealing from Capital were not confidential, and that they did not violate the terms of their employment agreements.
