Film Producer Drops Class Claims In Warhol Suit

Law360, New York (December 21, 2009, 2:19 PM EST) -- A film producer who brought a putative class action accusing Andy Warhol's estate and others of drawing up a conspiracy to create an artificial scarcity in the late artist's work will individually proceed with his claims now that he has agreed to drop his class allegations.
