Military Instructors Target Blackwater In Overtime Suit

Law360, New York (December 21, 2009, 3:20 PM EST) -- Two employees at one of Blackwater Security Consulting LLC’s armed forces training camps have filed a putative class action alleging that the military consulting company bilked instructors out of overtime pay by misclassifying them as independent contractors.

Benjamin Williams and David Bogo filed suit Friday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina in a bid for overtime pay from the military training operator.
