Foreigners Can’t Sue In US Over Austria Fire: 2nd Circ.

Law360, New York (December 22, 2009, 7:12 PM EST) -- Foreign plaintiffs who brought a product liability suit against a host of companies following a train fire at an Austrian ski resort will not be able to seek legal retribution in the U.S., after the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit upheld a lower court's decision to dismiss five cases consolidated in the multidistrict litigation.
