$290M Award, Injunction Against Microsoft Upheld

Law360, New York (December 23, 2009, 11:16 AM EST) -- A federal appeals court has upheld a $290 million award against Microsoft Corp. in a patent suit filed against it by i4i LP and barred the technology giant from selling the latest version of its popular Word software.
