M&G Polymers Retirees Win Class Cert. In ERISA Suit

Law360, New York (December 23, 2009, 4:32 PM EST) -- M&G Polymers LLC retirees and their union have won class certification in their suit alleging that the chemical engineering company breached a collective bargaining agreement by requiring former employees to contribute to their own retiree health care benefits.
