Judge Shoots Down Pilots Request For Merger Info

Law360 (November 27, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge has blocked an attempt by Comair Inc.’s pilots union to subpoena documents related to a bid by US Airways Inc. to take over Comair’s bankrupt parent company, Delta Air Lines Inc.

The subpoena concerned documents related to the bid, “including but not limited to any economic analyses and communication concerning said bid between Delta and the official committee of unsecured creditors,” according to court filings.
