ITC Expedites Review Of Preserved Mushroom Duties

Law360, New York (January 5, 2010, 3:19 PM EST) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has voted to speed up a review to determine whether anti-dumping duty orders on preserved mushrooms from Chile, China, India and Indonesia should be extended in the billion-dollar market.

The vote Monday came on the heels of a Dec. 18 decision by the U.S. Department of Commerce to keep such duties in place because of the likelihood that removing them would lead to dumping of the products in the U.S. marketplace.
