ITC To Begin 337 Probe Of Knowles Micromachines

Law360, New York (January 5, 2010, 6:25 PM EST) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has voted to initiate an investigation into Analog Devices Inc.'s claims that Knowles Electronics LLC imported surface-mount micromachine devices that infringe two Analog patents, having already granted Knowles' request to institute a similar probe into Analog silicon microphone imports.
