Lawson Consultants Denied Class Cert. On State Claims

Law360, New York (January 6, 2010, 12:52 PM EST) -- A nationwide group of consultants suing Lawson Software Inc. for alleged job misclassification has been denied class certification for its Minnesota labor law and unjust enrichment claims.

In a ruling issued Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota, Judge Michael J.
