Burns Doane, Merchant & Gould In Merger Talks

Law360 (May 7, 2004, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Burns Doane and Merchant & Gould are in talks about a merger that would form one of the largest intellectual property specialty firms in the U.S.

The combined firm would have more than 200 attorneys with offices in nine major U.S. cities, spanning both the Pacific and the Atlantic and the Midwest.
