Broadcom Targets Kyocera For Timely Deposition
In just one of about 10 pending patent lawsuits between the two companies, Broadcom sued Qualcomm in May 2005 before the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, alleging that Qualcomm’s “Mobile Station Modem chipsets” infringed the patents on its semiconductor processor chips used in cellular phones.
