Merger Effects Guidelines Will Help Cos. With Reviews

Law360, New York (January 28, 2010, 7:45 PM EST) -- Though new guidelines from U.S. regulators on unilateral merger effects probably won't mean a big change in policy, they should help companies and their attorneys navigate the merger review process and could even sway courts, according to experts.
