ConnectU, Facebook Fight Over Counsel Drags On

Law360, New York (January 8, 2010, 1:23 PM EST) -- Attorneys in the ongoing copyright saga between social networking hub Facebook Inc. and former rival ConnectU Inc. have asked the court to clarify an order disqualifying ConnectU's counsel as the parties await an appeals court ruling in the matter.

ConnectU filed the request Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, asking the court to interpret an order barring Finnegan Henderson Farabow Garrett & Dunner LLP from continuing to represent ConnectU founders, now that ConnectU is a direct subsidiary of Facebook.
