Microsoft Presses Fed. Circ. To Rehear I4i Case

Law360, New York (January 8, 2010, 6:56 PM EST) -- Microsoft Corp. has urged a federal appeals court to reconsider its ruling last month that upheld a record $290 million award against the software giant for violating i4i LP’s document formatting patent and cleared the way for an injunction barring sales of the latest version of Word software to take hold Jan. 11.
