DOC Recalculates Duties For Chinese Tire Exporter

Law360, New York (January 11, 2010, 6:41 PM EST) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce has recalculated anti-dumping duties for a Chinese exporter of off-road tires in response to complaints from domestic producers Bridgestone Americas Inc. and Titan Tire Corp.

In a final determination filed Friday in the U.S. Court of International Trade, Commerce said it was recalculating the dumping margin at 10.01 percent based on its conclusion that certain raw materials used in the product should be incorporated into the calculation.
