Atty's $12M Contract Claim Against Labaton Kept Alive

Law360, New York (January 12, 2010, 2:05 PM EST) -- A New York state judge has refused to dismiss a contract claim in a case brought against Labaton Sucharow LLP by a former associate who alleges the firm owes him roughly $12 million for bringing on New Mexico's pension funds and others as clients in securities and antitrust class actions.
