Contract Suit Over $435M Sale Of Dental Biz Tossed

Law360, New York (January 12, 2010, 2:57 PM EST) -- A federal judge has thrown out Forba Holding LLC's breach of contract suit stemming from the $435 million sale of the dental-practice management company, saying Forba failed to state a claim under recent U.S. Supreme Court precedents.
