Law360, New York (January 12, 2010, 12:36 PM EST) -- A Florida federal judge has granted class certification on a single state consumer fraud claim to a group of plaintiffs suing General Mills Inc. for allegedly misleading consumers about the digestive health benefits of its Yoplait Yo-Plus line of probiotic yogurt.
