9th Circ. Affirms CNA Settlement Over Long-Term Care

Law360, New York (January 13, 2010, 6:31 PM EST) -- A federal appellate court has rejected a bid to overturn a settlement agreement that CNA Financial Corp. and two other insurers inked with a nationwide class of long-term care policyholders claiming they were misled about premium hikes.
