9th Circ. Won't Revive Exxon, Shell Gas Pricing Suit

Law360, New York (January 13, 2010, 3:33 PM EST) -- A federal appeals court on Wednesday again shut down efforts to revive a putative antitrust class action alleging Exxon Mobil Corp., Shell Oil Co. and other major oil companies engaged in a conspiracy to drive up prices of the only type of gasoline that can be sold in California, denying requests to rehear the case.
