Judge OKs Suit Accusing Waste Co. Of Bogus Fees

Law360, New York (January 14, 2010, 7:18 PM EST) -- A federal judge has allowed customers of Arizona waste management company Republic Services Inc. to go ahead with a proposed class action accusing it of charging them fees that ostensibly were meant to cover Republic's fuel and environmental costs but didn't actually correspond to those costs.
