Pfizer Slaps Teva With Suit Over Zyvox ANDA

Law360, New York (January 19, 2010, 1:21 PM EST) -- Pfizer Inc. has hauled Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. into court in a bid to halt the generics maker's application to manufacture a version of the antibiotic Zyvox, the subject of ongoing litigation over allegations of off-label promotion.
