Judge Affirms Dismissal Of $6M Claim In Oneida Ch. 11

Law360, New York (January 25, 2010, 1:47 PM EST) -- A federal judge has upheld a bankruptcy judge's decision to expunge a breach of contract claim for more than $6 million brought by financial advisory firm Peter J. Solomon Co. LP against Oneida Ltd. because the flatware maker didn't send written notice before retaining another adviser ahead of its March 2006 Chapter 11 filing.
