5 San Diego Ex-Pension Trustees Cleared Of Charges

Law360, New York (January 26, 2010, 6:54 PM EST) -- California's high court has ruled that five trustees who oversaw San Diego's retirement system are exempt from criminal charges accusing them of violating conflict of interest laws when, during a time of economic uncertainty in the city, they voted to limit funds for a city retirement plan and received better pension benefits as a result.
