Law360, New York (January 26, 2010, 6:58 PM EST) -- A magistrate judge has held that certain job categories should be excluded from a collective action alleging that Smithfield Packing Co. Inc. owes overtime compensation to current and former hog processing line production workers for time spent donning and doffing gear.
