Barclays Faces Renewed Attack On Enron Front

Law360 (December 6, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- In a coup for Lerach Coughlin Stoia Geller Rudman & Robbins LLP, a federal judge has decided to allow the plaintiffs firm to file an amended complaint against Barclays PLC, a previously dismissed defendant in the ongoing Enron class action litigation.

On Monday, U.S. District Judge Melinda Harmon granted the lead plaintiff’s motion for reconsideration regarding the British lender's previous dismissal from the case.
