Pilot Union Protests Delta, US Airways Merger

Law360 (December 6, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- The pilot union of Delta Air Lines Inc. has become the first major creditor to publicly oppose US Airways Group Inc.’s $8.5 billion takeover bid, saying the viability of the merger is in doubt.
