Medicaid Drivers Sue Transport Co. Over Unpaid Wages

Law360, New York (January 28, 2010, 4:50 PM EST) -- Four Medicaid transportation drivers who worked for Irving Holdings Inc. have launched a proposed collective action to recover unpaid wages, overtime pay and work-related expenses allegedly owed to hundreds of individuals.

Robert L. Spence, Patsy A. Warren, Brenda J. Lowrance and Richard D. Devaney filed a complaint Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas on behalf of more than 350 of Irving’s current and former Medicaid drivers.
