Home Depot Asks Court To Ax Stand 'N Seal Testimony

Law360, New York (January 29, 2010, 1:24 PM EST) -- The Home Depot USA Inc. has asked a court to strike a store manager's testimony from the record in the product liability multidistrict litigation over consumer recalls of Stand 'n Seal sealant in 2005 and 2007.

Home Depot store manager Mark Sainsbury’s testimony is irrelevant to the claims of any plaintiffs in any of the MDL cases, the retailer said in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia on Thursday.
