Limo Parts Seller Wants Court To Require Indemnity

Law360, New York (February 2, 2010, 5:23 PM EST) -- Limousine parts seller Modern Technologies Group Inc. and its CEO have asked that a court require insurer Twin City Fire Insurance Co. to provide defense coverage in ongoing breach of contract and antitrust disputes.

The Medford, N.J.-based parts distributor filed a motion asking for partial summary judgment on Monday in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, seeking a ruling that Twin City is required to provide defense coverage as a matter of law.
