Damages Class Nixed In Ford Dealer Contract Spat

Law360, New York (February 3, 2010, 1:15 PM EST) -- A federal judge has decertified a damages class of nearly 100 former Ford truck dealer plaintiffs in a class action alleging breach of contract against Ford for cutting off truck supplies when it sold its heavy-duty truck business.

About 10 weeks after applying the breach of contract liability ruling against Ford to the entire plaintiff class, U.S. District Judge Jose L.
