Judge To Rule On $24.3M In Delta Fees

Law360 (December 8, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- The judge overseeing Delta Airlines’ Chapter 11 proceedings will hold a hearing on a proposed $24.3 million payday for the various professionals retained to steer Delta through bankruptcy. If approved, the latest batch of fee applications would push the price tag for Delta’s bankruptcy to almost $100 million.
