Mich. Questions $78M Plan To Control Asian Carp

Law360, New York (February 9, 2010, 3:37 PM EST) -- Federal officials have proposed investing $78.5 million in efforts to combat what they say is the harmful spread of Asian carp throughout the Great Lakes, but Michigan lawmakers are saying the solution does not go far enough in light of evidence that the carp's aggressive spread continues unabated.
