Ex-Client Sues Cravath For Repping Rival In $7B Bid

Law360, New York (February 9, 2010, 7:07 PM EST) -- Cravath Swaine & Moore LLP's former client Airgas Inc. has hit the firm with a suit alleging it breached its professional duties by representing Airgas' rival Air Products and Chemicals Inc. in a potentially hostile bid valued at $7 billion to take over the gas distribution company.
