Universal Says Bob Marley Antitrust Suit Belongs In UK

Law360, New York (February 9, 2010, 7:05 PM EST) -- Universal Music Group International Ltd. has asked a court to toss all claims against it in a rival's suit alleging the recording company has used its size to block the distribution of a Bob Marley album, citing lack of personal jurisdiction.
