Judge Saves Investors' Claims In 1031 Fraud Suit

Law360, New York (February 10, 2010, 6:51 PM EST) -- A federal judge has denied a motion by Cordell Consultants Inc. to enforce an injunction issued in the bankruptcy of disgraced money management firm The 1031 Tax Group LLC that would bar investors in a separate case from asserting claims against the consulting firm.
