Fund's Trasylol Marketing Suit Against Bayer Nixed

Law360, New York (February 12, 2010, 2:49 PM EST) -- A federal judge has thrown out a proposed class action against Bayer Corp. over alleged fraud in the marketing of the lucrative blood-clotting drug Trasylol, though he has given the plaintiff, a Tennessee benefits fund, a chance to replead part of the suit.
