Canned Tuna Buyers Tease Fight For Bellwether Status

Canned tuna companies and indirect buyers such as end-consumers were quick to oppose the bid, although their arguments ended up being little more than a preview as U.S. District Judge Dana M. Sabraw called for fuller briefing, and a dedicated hearing.
