Putnam Moves To Send Suit Back To District Court

Law360, New York (December 12, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- A securities class action suit against Putnam International Equity Funds continues to bounce from state court to federal court and back again. Defendants in the case have once again petitioned to remove the case to district court, arguing that the action is mandated by the Securities Litigation Uniform Standards Act of 1998.
