PE Firm Moves To Boot Six Flags Execs From Ch. 11

Law360, New York (February 16, 2010, 6:28 PM EST) -- A private equity firm has moved to replace the directors and officers of Six Flags Inc. with a trustee who can supervise the theme park operator's Chapter 11 proceedings, citing concerns that management has pursued its own self-interest at the expense of other stakeholders.
