Judge Explains $24M Soybean Export Ruling

Law360, New York (February 17, 2010, 2:47 PM EST) -- Agricultural exporter AWB Ltd. concealed critical details of a transaction with Standard Chartered Bank involving contracts related to soybean exports to Indonesia, a federal judge has said in explaining his $24 million award to Standard Chartered after finding AWB breached its contract with the bank.
