Tropicana Debtors Blame Ruin On Ex-CEO

Law360, New York (February 18, 2010, 2:07 PM EST) -- The legion of debtors bundled into the Tropicana Entertainment LLC bankruptcy has filed an adversary suit against beleaguered hotel and casino kingpin William J. Yung III, claiming the former CEO's gross mismanagement drove the casino empire into the ground.
