Law360, New York (February 18, 2010, 5:14 PM EST) -- The owner of an Oklahoma-based delivery service that contracted with DHL Express (USA) Inc. has lost his bid to be dropped from a collective action accusing him, his company and DHL of violating the Fair Labor Standards Act by failing to pay drivers proper overtime wages.
