Court May Favor Would-Be Firefighters In Title VII Case

Law360 (February 22, 2010, 7:34 PM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court appeared skeptical of the city of Chicago's position during oral arguments Monday in a Title VII case brought by black plaintiffs who unsuccessfully applied for jobs as firefighters but had a federal appeals court find their claims time-barred.
