Attorney Seeks Delay In Coca-Cola Trade Secret Case

Law360 (December 14, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- An attorney for a former Coca-Cola Co. secretary accused of conspiring to steal company trade secrets has asked a judge to delay the trial to February or March.

Joya Williams is scheduled to go on trial on Jan. 15. In a motion filed Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, her attorney, Janice A. Singer, said that she needs additional time to go over computer files.
