Fairfield Seeks Time To Fix Disclosure Statement

Law360, New York (February 23, 2010, 12:47 PM EST) -- Fairfield Residential LLC asked a bankruptcy court judge on Tuesday to delay consideration of its disclosure statement so that the bankrupt real estate developer can address several objections.

Richard Chesley, an attorney at Paul Hastings Janofsky & Walker LLP representing Fairfield Residential, said in a telephone interview that the company would ask for the temporary adjournment at a hearing in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
