Guitar Hero Maker Faces False Patent Marking Suit

Law360, New York (February 23, 2010, 6:26 PM EST) -- Activision Publishing Inc. has been hit with a lawsuit alleging the video game maker falsely labeled its popular line of Guitar Hero products as falling within the scope of several patents.
